Senior Safety Advisor Kildare
€50-€65k
Tier 1 Contractor
A leading Tier 1 client is looking to recruit aSenior Safety Advisor in Kildare. This is a large scale build and ideally is looking for a candidate who has worked on construction projects in excess of €100m. The ideal candidate will come with over 5 years experience within the construction industry. They will have dealt with all aspects of health and safety.
The role will give you the chance to;
* Work on a multimillion euro project with a large team
* Implement health and safety practices
* Be a part of a growing team with a long standing history in construction
* Manage and develop training and development plans for all staff on site
* Identify areas of risk and implement changes as necessary
* Develop a best work practice on site coordinating with all staff members
* Grow anddevelop within your role to Senior Management level
* Lead and mentor junior staff
* Develop method statements, risk assessments and best practice procedures

The role is best suited to;* A candidate with a Health and Safety background within construction
* Experience with Main Build, Construction, M&E, Civils, Industrial and Manufacturing will all be considered
* Level 7/8 qualification in Health and Safety, Environmental Healthand Safety, Quality Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Management
* IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
* 5 years experience minimum
* Fluent English speaker
* Keen to work on a large scale project with a growing team* Located in Kildare, Westmeath, Dublin, Meath
* Full driving licence
