Senior Site Manager | New Build Commercial Office Development | Feb Start | Surrey
Myclient is a Main Contractor who specialise in the construction of retail parks, leisure complexes and commercial office developments across the UK, delivering projects ranging from £6 - £80m. Given their experience and their constant ability to deliver these projects, their client has awarded them another new build development in Surrey constructing a 7 storey commercial office building through to fit out where they will be requiring an experienced Senior Site Manager who will be reporting into the ProjectDirector and Senior Project Manager.
This a new build £45m+ steel framed commercial office development in a logistically challenging location and as such, you MUST have experience working on this type of project. You will have the support of the existing Senior Project Manager, the surveyors and the engineering team and will have an assistant site manager reporting into you. This is perfect for someone that can work hand in hand with the client and the project manager and deliver and motivate on site toget the project delivered on time and in budget.
Requirements:
* Candidate will be CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certified* Must have experience as a Senior Site Manager on large scale new build commercial office development from build through to fit out
* Experience working for main contractors is preferable
* Strong management, organisational and communication skills are a must
* Must live within easy daily commutable distance within Surrey
