Currently looking for a Senior Site Manager towork on project working on High and Low Rise Council Flats in Manchester.
These are tenanted properties so will be working ina live environment.
The works being carried out are installing new fire doors and installing sprinkler systems. There are 9blocks of flats in total and the project was initially a cladding project but you will be working within a team.
Anybody froma Main Contractor background with a background in fit-out/interiors/residential would be a good fit.
Must have all up to date general site management tickets such as SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos, Fire Marshall, CSCS.
Interviews will be taking place inJune.
