Salary - £45,000 - £60,000 Per Annum Negotiable depending on Experience + Benefits
A small practise with more than 25 years' experience in the construction industry, providing practical and economical design service is seeking a Graduate Engineer to join its structural design team located in Essex. The practise offers comprehensive structural engineering service for new residential, commercial development and refurbishment of existing buildings. All staff are trained and experienced inthe function of the designer under HSE Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015. The practise has compliance withSSIP core criteria and is accredited by CHAS safety scheme. Their Services include the below: -
* Land Quality Assessment* Geotechnical Investigation
* New Residential & Commercial Schemes
* Refurbishment
* Site Supervision
* StructuralSurveys of Existing Buildings
Responsibility & Duties
* Leading a design team, responsible for executing the projects to the programme.
* Being responsible for structural design work from the preliminary design stage to the final design.
*Supervision of Technicians and Graduate Engineers.
* Site survey and site supervision work.
Experience & Qualification* Qualified Graduate Structural or Civil Engineer with post-graduate experience in structural design work.
* Good communication skills.
* Full driving licence.
* Own transport to conduct site visits.
