Description:
FRS Recruitment are looking for a number of Setting Out Site Engineers for an Irish Civils Contractor for Projects in Co. Cork.
Job Purpose
The Site Engineer will report directly to the Senior Engineerand will work closely with him or her to help drive the project through to successful completion, on time within budget and to the highest standards.
Minimum:
* Diploma/Degree qualified in Geomatics/Civil Engineering
* Minimum of 1 years' experience ideally in a heavy civils environment
* Proficient with GPS Total Station and Levelling equipment
* Proficient in the use of AutoCAD other survey software e.g. Trimble Business Centre
* Excellent level of spoken and written English
* Full clean driving licence
* Ability to work autonomously or as part of the team
Desirable
* Experience in working with machinecontrol
* Experience in traversing and network adjustment
* Earthworks experience
* IAA SUA licence
* Previous road construction experience in Ireland/UK
* Use of Trimble equipment
