A leading mixed-use developer based on an award-winning site in Paddington, West London are looking torecruit a Site Administrator / Document Controller on a temporary basis for a 6 weeks contract to join their site team buildingluxury high-end apartments.
Duties Include
Answering the telephone
Greeting Guests
Ordering Stationery / PPE etc
Raising Purchase Orders
Updating Calendars
General Admin for Directors
Binding /Laminating
Arrange Refreshments for Meeting
Ideal Candidate
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office
Previous experience as a site administrator
Excellent communication skills
Admin experience essential
Motivated and forward thinking
