Site Administrator (Part Time)

Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire

Rate: £10.00 - £14.50 per hourPosition: 18 month + contract



Our client is an award-winning housebuilder across London and the South East who are seeking a Site Administrator part-time 2 days a week (Tuesday and Friday) to join their site team in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.



Applicants need to have experience of Site Administration and have worked on site in this role previously.General administration duties

Maintain and update company databases

Answer queries for employees and clients

Arrange travel and accommodations

Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets

Updating office policies and proceduresScheduling company calendar and updating as needed

Tracks office supply inventory, approves supply orders and maintain officeequipment.

Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, andcommercial correspondence.

Supporting office staff as required

Input document date into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.

To prepare and coordinate all kinds of correspondence related to technical documents, drawings, commercial correspondence and project activities according to document control procedure.

Typing of site documents and follow up of all the site needs.

Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings aregiven to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.

Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly.

Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safecustody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.

Develop and implement processes related to document control and management.

Setting up project filling systems.

Teaming up with other documentation groups.

To distribute approved documents and drawings to relevant personnel/department.

To protect and store all documents and drawings safely without damage.

To ensure that records are correct and up to date.

To upload and download all submitted documents and keep them inserver
