Site Administrator - Part Time (2-3 days a week)

Do you have construction admin experience? Our client is a leading subcontractorin Basements, RC Frames and Groundworks who are looking for a part time Site Administrator to assist the Project Manager with administration on the project. The ideal person will have some construction experience and have good IT skills. You will be basedon site on a new build residential project in Luton.
You will ideally have administration experience and have worked previously on a construction site.
This is a 10 month temporary role paying circa £9.00 - £15.00 ph DOE
Working days/ hours are preferably Wednesday & Thursday or Thursday & Friday 9am to 5pm (however this is flexible)
Site Admin Role and Responsibilities:
Uploading all site paperwork to relevant online document management system e.g. cube results,weekly H&S inspections, certificates & drawings
Downloading & printing drawings as required by site operativesChecking, logging & filing all weekly paperwork to ensure it is carried out correctly
Checking delivery notes & filing
Updating muck, concrete and reinforcement trackers
Updating matrix for operative's training and RAMS
Assist in enrolling operatives onto Applican and MSite systems
Assisting site engineers in keeping QA folders up to date and closing out post-pour information (cube results, NCRs etc.)
Maintaining document registers for as-built drawings, issuing drawing titles tosite engineers in accordance with BIM formatting. Uploading and issuing to the relevant parties on BIM
Managing waste logs, scanning and filing all waste tickets
Booking deliveries using online system (once activated)
General admin duties
