A wexford based contractor is looking to recruit a Site Manager for a Wexford based project. The ideal candidate will have a background in residential and commercial properties. They will have worked from foundations to handover.
This role is ideally suited to those residing in Wexford with extensive construction experience. Trade or degree qualified candidates will be considered.
The candidates will;
* Have a minimum of 5 years construction related experience
* Trade or Degree Qualified
* Located in Wexford
* Happy to work on residential and commercial projects in Wexford
* Familiarwith irish construction standards
* Full Driving licence
* Excellent communication skills
* Extensive site management experience on residential builds in particular
