Site Manager - NewBuild - Eastbourne - Contract - Up to £25 Per Hour
Site Manager. Our client, a regional contractor specialising in New BuildResidential & Care projects throughout the South-East of England and further afield, are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join their ongoing project in Eastbourne.
In order to be suitable for this role, you must have previous experience of working as a Site Manager, and ideally have previous experience of working on New Build Residential RC Frame Projects, ideallywithin the Residential sector. Working as part of a larger site team, you will be responsible for managing an area of works, reporting to an on-site Senior Project Manager/Project Director, and getting involved with day-to-day delivery of the project as required, with duties including delivering inductions, checking and signing off RAMS, monitoring progress against the site programme, amending as required and undertaking site standard reviews.
Our client are a fantastic medium sized contractor, who offer brilliant opportunities within their organisation for progression and further development within the organisation. Ideally youwill already hold CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS as an a minimum, however, any further training Qualifications/Certificates that youhold would be benificial.
