Solution Architect - Design & Delivery
Luton + Remote Working
£60,000 up to £65,000 + Car Allowance
An industry leading,Managed Service Provider and Cloud Consultancy, are seeking a Solution Architect who is technical Design & Delivery focused,to join their growing team on a remote working basis!
Providing a focused, range of hosted and Cloud services to an extensive portfolio of clients, you will be a part of a team that specifically design cutting edge solutions catered for the client.Playing a vital part of the Design and Architecture team, you will be responsible for taking requirements and architecting new solutions to integrate existing estates and support capabilities.
Key Solution Architect responsibilities:
* Take on the role of Technical Design Authority for various IT infrastructure projects
* carefully analyse customer requirements and determine cost effective solutions
* Produce solution specifications, bills of materials and estimates
* Design and document infrastructure solutions including servers, storage, virtualisation and networking
* Produce high quality and detailed High Level Designs / Low Level Designs
Key Solution Architect requirements:
* Proven experience of providing solutions designs, project support and delivery of architecture projects
* Previous experience within or currently working in an MSP / Cloud Consultancy environment
* Ability to produce and architect / design frameworks, patterns, techniques and methods
* Design experience of VMware / vSphere, MS Windows Server, Storage Infrastructure, Networking and Security
* Knowledge of Systems Modelling Methodology (UML / TOGAF)
* ITIL / Prince foundation
On offer for this position is a salary of £60,000 up to £65,000 depending onexperience + car allowance and an attractive benefits package with room for growth!
