Description:
My client, a leading civil engineering main contractor, islooking to recruit a Sub Agent for a position in London. The role would be the management of a drainage contractor.
Duties;* Support the Site Agent or Project Manager in the execution of their duties
* Management of site staff operatives and sub-contractors
* Provide method statements, hazard risk assessments and project management plans
* Preparing and monitoring programme of work
* Assessment and engagement of sub-contractors
* Manage design co-ordination
* Manage contracts to ensuretimely and profitable completion of contracts
* Inform, consult and involve local groups as necessary.
* Foster good relations and reputation with clients
* Happy to work days and night
The project involves the following Civil Engineering elements;
Excavations
Piling
Utilities
Drainage
Requirements
HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering
CSCS
SMSTS
First Aid
Delivery experience of Civil Engineering projects
Industry: Building and Construction
Salary: £300 - £360 per day
