Salary - £30,000 - £45,000 Per Annum Negotiable depending on experience
A brilliant opportunity with one of our clients that are the UKs leaders in architectural metalwork and steelwork industry. founded in 1978, my client is a long-established family-run business based in North London. They specialise in the design and fabrication of all types of architectural and structural metalwork for both domestic and commercial clients. Specialising in gates and railings, they also manufacture, supply and install architectural staircases and fire escapes, structural steelwork for the construction industry, stainless steel fabrication and bespoke items.
Due to continued expansion,they are now looking for an experienced Tekla Draughtsmen to join their growing drawing office. The ideal candidate will have awealth of experience within the architectural metalwork and structural steelwork industry. Be confident in driving the Tekla CADsoftware producing detail drawings to specification.
Responsibility & Duties
* Product Detailed fabrication drawings* Architectural steel work detailing
* General CAD design of architectural metalwork and steel structures
* Producing drawings on Tekla CAD package.
Experience & Qualification
* Experience of Tekla is essential.
* AutoCAD, Revit Or StruCAD advantageous
* Have had experience with steel fabrication, steelwork industry
* Knowledge of ISO9001, CE Markings, BS EN1090 and PAS 1192-2 is desirable
* Portfolio / Examples of modelling
