Get Recruited are currently working with a dynamic and well-established company based in Shrewsbury, who operate successfully within a booming sector. This rapidly expanding company has gained a strong client base since their inception, and they are now seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to contribute towards the continued success of the company.

THE ROLE:
* As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsiblefor identifying new business opportunities
* Speaking with key decision makers, fully qualifying each lead
* Consulting prospective clients on the range of services on offer
* Securing appointments for a demonstration of the product to take place* Using the CRM in order to update and maintain a pipeline
* Communicate progress to your manager via weekly updates and monthly reviews
* Working towards set targets and KPI's
* Complete other duties as required
THE PERSON:
* At least 1 years' experience within a telesales, sales, business development, outbound sales position
* Eager to achieve and generate new business
* Experience with a CRM system is desirable but not essential
* Evidence of exceeding targets
* Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at one time
* Strong communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Commercial acumen
