Position: Utilities Design Coordinator

Rate: £35 - £50k + package

Responsibilities:
* Liaise with stakeholders to establish their utility connection requirements
* Ensure that the estimating team have all of the information required to complete the tenders
*Liaise with Asset Adoption Companies to ensure that the highest or most suitable asset value is agreed
* Ensure the most cost-effective multi-utility solution is designed in a timely manner, consistent with Gas, Electric and Water standards
* HoldConstruction Hand-over meetings with approved drawings providing the Delivery Teams enough information to execute the work safely & efficiently
* Ensure that all projects are delivered within budget and to programme
Skills and experience required:
* A minimum 2 years' experience in utilities design coordination (i.e. knowledge of electric, gas and water design requirements
* Experience in bid management and client engagement
* Experience in managing internal/external designers
* Understanding of the construction processes of utility assets
