I'm working closely with a well-established managed service provider who are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to provide support to one of their clients based in Altrincham.

Role Details* Provide 1st/2nd line support to issues the client is facing
* Provide assistance via phone, in person and email using a ticketing system.
* Adhere to SLA's and take ownership in completing tickets efficiently.
* Support desktops, laptops, tablets,phones and audio equipment, applications and other peripherals.
* Monitor and troubleshoot and escalate alerts where possible* Liaise with third parties between customer and technical escalation team
Desirable Experience (Advantageous)
*Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO's, GPedit)
* Connectivity - DHCP, DNS, TCPIP, WAN/LAN, VPN
* Windows Server 2008r2, 2012r2, 2016
* Microsoft Exchange 2010, 2013, 2016 - Office365
* VMware, Hyper-V
* Basic Networking Experience
Desirable Certifications
* ITIL Foundation v3
* Any IT based degree
* Any additional IT certifications (CompTIA, MSCA etc.)The client is looking to move quickly, if interested apply now.
