Myclient is recruiting for a 1st Line Desktop Support / Helpdesk Engineer for a position based in Cambridgeshire/Bedfordshire. Theposition will be working for a Managed Service provider ensuring all their customers are provided well excellent customer service and support.
Experience/Skills:
* 12-24 months experience supporting customers \ users ideally within an MSP following ITIL best practice
* Microsoft Server
* Office 365
* Microsoft Exchange
* Windows 10
* Email filtering solutions
*Microsoft RDS solutions
* Active Directory
