Ambitious and knowledgeable Service Desk professional wanted by market leader; who operate nationally; for their team based in Berkshire. Strong technical knowledge, a confident phone manner and demonstrable industry knowledgeare all key.
Responsibilities will include:
* Resolving technical problems
* Supporting 2nd Line in order to ensure all client queries are dealt with efficiently
* Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and suggesting improvements toservice where applicable
* Routing calls to available specialists in more complex and difficult cases
The enterprise looking to get the successful candidate on board as soon as available. A salary level of up to £24,000 is being offered, plus a competitive package including a generous holiday allowance and flexible working.
