Contract duration: 6-months
If you have experience providing 1st line service desk support and would be keen on joining a well-known expanding Financial Services company,then this could be for you.
Role requirements:
* Previous experience as a 1st line support
* Experience providing Service Desk Support by supporting users in diagnosing, reporting and resolving or correcting hardware and software problems.
* Experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software.
* Experience logging all issues with appropriate documentation
* Ability to maintain current knowledge of support knowledge provided through training
* Experience with Windows/Windows Server
* Experience with Active Directory
