iO Associates are looking for a Service Desk Analystto join a team in Wiltshire on a 3 month contract. You will be joining the IT and Digital department and will be responsible forensuring the smooth running of the service desk on a day to day basis.

·Have proven 1st Line support/Service Desk experience
·A keen learner and passion for IT
Key responsibilities:You will be responsible for 1st line support and to manage the resolution of Service desk tickets in a polite and professional manner; continually providing excellent customer service.
