Then this role may be perfect for you!Concept are currently recruiting for an experienced 2nd line engineer. The role will be providing 2nd line technical support within the Microsoft arena. You will be working as part of a close team as part of a busy service desk, with an opportunity to develop your skills by assisting with the delivery of new projects and technologies.
My client is a fast-growing MSP basedin London, that have offices and end users all over the UK. My client have offices in 13 different countries around the world and aim to provide service that is second to none.
The salary is up to £32,000 depending on experience and level of expertise + a competitive benefits package
Job Role and Responsibilities :

* Delivering high quality remote supporton a range of technical incidents
* Maintaining efficient and effective solutions to IT issues
* Working with a variety ofIT technologies
* Involvement and presence in core virtual teams
* Supporting a multitude of IT systems such as, virtualisedenvironments, Citrix, Servers, Networking, O365, Cisco, Exchange
* Involvement and presence in core Virtual Teams
* Helpsupport, train and mentor other team members
* You will have a 'hands on' problem solving approach; solving problems within strict SLA timeframes
* Take ownership of incidents assigned to you and manage them through to resolution.
* Ensuring SLA's are met; time to respond, time to resolve and first-time-fix.
* Application troubleshooting
Requirements:
* Microsoft Desktop experience
* Previous experience providing IT Support in a commercial environment
* Confident in supporting and administering the broad range of technologies
* Great customer service skills
* Brilliant phone manner
* Well organised
*Efficient and timely
* Formal IT Qualifications (MCSE/MCITP/MCP's)
The role will operate in shift patterns between Monday and Friday. This consists of 40 hours a week, between 7:00am-7:00pm
