Description:
I am looking for an experienced Network Engineer toprovide 2nd Line Technical Support to a large portfolio of End Users.
This is a fully remote contract, inside IR35.
NightShifts - 12 hours - 4 on 4 off.
Role Responsibilities:
* Providing technical support to BAU 2nd Line incidents, in particular ServiceNet customers (support & diagnostics, analysis, software upgrades, patches & bug fixes, config back up &restore, etc)
* Provide technical support to on-going projects and helping transition new customers during their on-boardingprocess
* Recognise when to escalate technical matters to Service Delivery Manager/3rd Line team.
Skills/Experience required:
* A minimum of 2 years commercial experience in a technical support role within an SLA driven environment
* You must hold Cisco CCNA certification as a minimum
* A good understanding of ITIL and its processes
* Any knowledge/experience aroundF5 and Checkpoint is highly advantageous, but not essential
