Desktop Support Analyst
A Global Technology Law Firm based in the heart of London is seeking a Desktop SupportAnalyst to join their new and advanced Service Team, tackling all issues desktop related! This role reports into the IT ServiceDelivery Manager. This is an opportunity to work for an organisation on the cutting-edge of technology, with their pioneering AI detection platform just a small part of their move to the future.
This is predominately 2nd line support for over 700 usersacross Microsoft Office 365 and bespoke specific legal software applications.
They are firm believers in technology and arelooking for support analysts who are also incredibly passionate about technology. They are also looking for individuals who arekeen to build relationships and really embed themselves within the IT services team.
Requirements:
* 2+ years experience
* Active Directory
* Microsoft technologies
* ITL knowledge
* Helpful: Legal background
