2nd Line Support Engineer
Location: Cheltenham
Salary: Up to £35k per annum (Dependant on experience)
iO Associatesare looking for passionate Technical Support Engineers to join a rapidly growing IT team based in Cheltenham.
This is a really exiting opportunity to be involved in and a vital key player in setting up the IT for the business. With brand new offices opening you will be involved with:
- Rolling out Window deployments
- Setting up new PC's
- BAU and Project work
We need you to be....
- Able to work effectively within a team
- Have strong technical skills in user hardware, Microsoft products like Office and Windows
- Proven IT Support experience
Being proactive around the support of the business and lookingto grow technically, being able to support office migrations and practice integrations will be a key part of this role. This role will focus on setting up and maintaining all PCs and laptops offering a first class service to all staff.
