iO Associates are working with an one of the fastest-growing MSPs in the UK. They are currently on the lookout for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to help them in their continued growth.

Role: 2nd Line Support Engineer
Salary: Â£25,000 - Â£32,000 + market-leading benefits
*Experience in the legal sector is required for this role*
This company is fully set up for a remote interview and onboarding process.
In this role you will handle escalations from first line support, providing an excellent level of customer support.
As the companycontinues to grow, you will be involved in small to medium-sized projects as required by the IT Support Manager.
This role will involve working with:
* Office 365
* Azure AD
* HP stack
Requirements: Proven experience in a secondline role. Experience in all the above technology isn't needed. Rather, this company is looking for someone who learns new technology quickly.
