iO Associates are working with a rapidly growing technology company. They are currently on the lookout for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to help them in their continued growth.
This company is well-known for its innovative approach to technology, and it top quality training and development.
Role: 2nd Line Support Engineer
Location: Bristol
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + market-leading benefits
In this role you will handleescalations from first line support, providing an excellent level of customer support.
This will focus on operational support.
This role will involve working with:
* Office 365
* Azure AD
* HP stack
* Windows
Any SQL experience wouldbe amazing but isn't mandatory.
Requirements: Proven experience in a second line role. Experience in all the above technologyisn't needed. Rather, this company is looking for someone who learns new technology quickly.
