2nd Line Support | Hampshire / Surrey border | Immediate
A market leader who provides tailored solutions totheir customers and operates worldwide have an immediate need to add a Second Line professional to their dynamic team. The business work across a range of sectors and possess versatile capabilities.
The position will entail:
- Reporting to the Service Desk Manager
- Supporting and maintaining IT Infrastructure
- Maintaining knowledge of new technologies and sharing innovative ideas
- Supporting and mentoring 1st Line when required
Key expertise required:
- Previous experience in a similar 2nd Line position
- Broad infrastructure knowledge, including diagnosing, repairing and solving server & network related issues
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Windows Server 2012 & 2016
