Key responsibilities:
* Working as part of a team on a helpdesk
* Essential to meet the SLA's and quality standards set in place
* Take ownership and support for all tickets escalated
* Provide remote support to resolve client issues
Experience with the following is required
* Active Directory, Group Policies
* Server 2003 - 2016,
* Exchange 2010 - 2016
* Office365
* Citrix, Xenapp, XenDesktop
* Networking knowledge (Switches, Firewalls, Routers)
Desirable experience
* VMware, Hyper-V
* Veeam
* PowerShell
* Azure AD
