£27,000 + Benefits + Training + Certifications



Due to my client's consistent growth across the business they are now in search for experienced 2nd line supports to join them to help further improve the level of service they are providing to their clients.



This is a fantastic opportunity for a 2nd line support to not onlyjoin an already well-established service provider, but one that invests in it's staff through the training & payment towardscertifications while offering progression across a wide range of avenues.

Role Details* Working Monday - Friday across 09:00 - 17:30 (overtime is available for people who are looking to earn extra)
* Resolve incidents and tickets raised from the 1st line team
* Make sure that SLA's are adhered to and provide a high level of customer service to clients
* Ensure that more technical issues are correctly assigned and escalated to the 3rd line team and documentedcorrectly for both present and future reference.
* Contribute to 1-2-1 sessions to help with your personal development and outline your SMART targets.



Technical Skill (Desirable Experience)



* Active Directory, Group Policies
* TCP/IP,DNS, DHCP, WAN/LAN, VPN
* Citrix, VMware, Hyper-V
* Windows Server 2008r2, 2012r2, 2016, 2019
* Backup Solutions - Veeam,Symantec, Acronis etc.
* Microsoft Exchange 2010, 2013, 2016 - Office365 / Azure
* Network Configurations - Switching/Routers/Firewalls





Beneficial Training



* MCSA | MCSE | CCNA | ITIL etc.
