Role: 3rd Line Engineer
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Location: Outskirts of Bristol
Roel Type: 12 monthFixed Term Conntract with the veiw to extend.
Key Responsibilities
·3rd line support
·Monitor the running of IT Infrastructure
·Clear understanding of ITIL and best practices
·Proactively monitoring all IT Systems
·Delivery of patch management processes
·Technical Analysis & Project Work
Essential Experience:
·Active Directory
·Exchange
·XP/Windows 7
·Office·Windows Update Server (WSUS)
·Windows Deployment Server
·Windows Server 2003/8/12
·Networking Experience
Good communication and inetrpersonal skills are also essential for this role.
