Then this 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer role may be for you!
My Client who are part of a larger group are a small IT services company providing support to those within the larger group. They are looking for a IT professional to join their already existing team which has growndue to continued success and company growth. They are looking for someone who has strong skills across Microsoft and Cisco technologies, and also other infrastructure technologies such as virtualisation and backup.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide 3rd line BAU support on site and remote technical support to all clients
* To assist 1st and 2nd line engineers when required or to provide cover.
* AD HOC requirements such as project work for upgrades at sites across the east midlands or breakdownsin equipment on client sites.
* Provide out of hours support on a on call rota'd basis.
Essential Skills:
* 4 Years previous IT experience in a dedicated IT Department.
* Experience with the following technologies:
* Windows Server / Desktop
* Active Directory
* Virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V)
* Networking (Cisco Routing and Switching, Wireless, Security)
*Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
Desired Certifications:
* MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer)
* MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator)
* CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
* VCP (VMware Certified Professional)* Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert
