My client is looking to hire an experienced Adoption & Change Management Specialist/Consultant to support a variety of businesses/customers during IT transformations. Focusing on minimising impact of business performance during changing ways of working and adding maximum benefits of a digital transformation. Candidates are alsorequired to hold SC clearance at a minimum.
The role requires candidates who have a strong track record of success in organisational change, business transformation, employee engagement, change management and project management.
Experience/skills:* IT strategy & operations, people-led change initiatives in technology adoption
* Change management, project definition, user adoption planning & delivery
* Stakeholder mgmt., workshop facilitation, communication planning & employee engagement
* Knowledge of process development, with the ability to learn and understand technical concepts in order to interpret, document, and formalise procedures
* Knowledge of the Microsoft Technology stack especially Microsoft Teams
* SC or DV Clearance
Location - there will be some travel likely to see customers - but travel is expensed. This means you can be based fairly remote from the South-East but will need to be comfortable (when you are allowed) to be customer facing.
