Our client, a Public Service body in Dublin City Centre, is seeking an experience Application Support Engineer to join their team.
You will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality application support and scriptingto help the users and clients solve commercial challenges and drive efficiency within the firm.
Responsibilities:
* Develop business solutions and customise and configure off the shelf software.
* Participate on projects in the application areasto update and enhance the application stack.
* Support and work with the following applications:
* Blue Prism Robotics Process Automation Support
* Snow (SAM) Server Support
* Atlassian products
* Docusign e-signatures
* Thycotic Secret Server
* Mobile Application Management
* GIS applications
* Plan and implement application changes as needed.
* Respond, troubleshoot, and resolve critical issues in a BCP / disaster recovery situation
Qualifications, Training and Experience:* 3+ years' experience in a similar or related role.
* Good knowledge of application administration processes.
* Experiencein development and implementation of custom solutions based on Microsoft stack.
* A good understanding of databases, data structures and their interrogation.
* Understanding of the Software Asset Lifecycle.
* Understanding of Mobile Application Platforms.
* Excellent general IT skills and the aptitude to learn new packages and processes.
