Asset Data Manager
Berkshire
£30-35,000 per annum
Are you a driven, well organised Data Manager with a knowledge ofinterrogating, analysing, and managing asset databases? Then Code Red Associates have your next role!
The ideal candidate has:
* Excellent IT skills, including experience of all Microsoft Office applications; especially in Excel requiring ability to create and maintain VBA Macros, Pivot Tables, and other advanced features.
* Extensive knowledge of interrogating, analysing and managing databases, including the ability to compile reports, understand attributes structures, code and cost tables, and life cycle costing.
* Experience of managing a small administration team.
* Good understanding of the principles of property maintenance and asset management stock condition survey information.
* Awareness of security standards and issues, the Data Protection Act and BS7799 for example.
* Excellent organisational and analytical skills, able to manage a workload, abilityto prioritise, delegate effectively and meet personal and team targets to deadlines.
