BI Lead
Location: Chippenham
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + 30 days holiday, Flexi-hours, 8% matched pension scheme, private medical cover, Regular team socials and much more!

My client, an established software house based in Chippenham, is looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Data specialist to join them on a permanent basis.
Working closely with colleagues across multiple sectors, you will be responsible for the creative use of their data in the development and delivery of all the commercial data-driven products and services.
As the product team delivers a roadmap based on product performance, you will lead the teams who provide the expertise to deliver high-quality commercial data products and services,against the needs expressed by the product roadmap.
Taking the lead from the business strategy, you will set the vision andcommercially shape what the division is doing, and work with the customer facing teams to shape ideas and customer needs into value adding commercial propositions, including the increased use of personalisation, visualisation, and rich data presentation.Your expertise:
* Proven experience of delivering data and BI solutions to meet business needs
* Strong experience of end to end data development and/or BI development using modern tools and platforms, e.g. SQL Server, Power BI, Python
* Experience using SCRUM or other Agile methodologies
* SQL and structured database experience
* Proven track record of influencing senior level management and stakeholders
