Description:
The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for analysing the business requirements and translating them inbusiness solutions to improve processes. The Business Process Analyst will have process modelling experience and strong analytical skills. The Business Analyst will have responsibility over:
* Gather requirements through business process analysis and documentation of business requirements
* Develop business requirements and processes for for deliverable documenting
* Modelnew business processes and lead process improvement
* Establish solutions and document them clearly
* Develop strategic stakeholder relationships to help champion appropriate solutions
* Ensure user acceptance testing and verification is complete
*Facilitate interviews and workshops with stakeholders to aid in requirement gathering and design of solutions
* Report delivery and lead presentations
* Utilise tools like Ms Project, Ms Visio, SharePoint and Ms Office
To be effective in this rolethe Business Analyst will require:
* A degree in Computer Science / IT / Business or relevant equivalent experience
* 3+ years in a similar role
* Good knowledge of process and workflow modelling
* Training as a Business Analyst or Lean Six Sigma* Experience with process analysis, modelling and improvement implementation
* Strong experience with business applicationsand IT systems
