SolutionArchitect - Azure / Cloud Delivery

A top-100 VAR / Cloud Consultancy, and a Microsoft partnered practice, looking for an addition to the team for a Solution Architect to join their Deliveryteam on a remote working basis!
This Solution Architect position will see you play a vital role in developing performant LowLevel Designs (LLD's) and driving this through the Delivery phase to implementation.
This role will see you take charge of the Delivery phase, working with the Pre-sales team and the hands-on Implementation / the Build team to drive actionable and performant Solutions and designs, offering Technical credibility and recommendations along the way.
Key objectives in this Solution Architect position:
* Work with Pre-sales Solutions Architects on developing Low Level Designs
* Support Service Delivery and Project Management teams to provide an achievable timeline for delivery of Azure based Solutions
* Deploy and Configureservices within the SOW into the Azure Cloud platform
* Provide guides for best practice, detailing tasks associated with anynew technologies deployed
* Support the Development team / Engineers to automate Deployment tasks
* BAU / "Small Works" changes tasks
As the Solution Architect, you will be working remotely (anywhere across the UK) to deliver designs, and visitingcustomers on site when required for workshops.
Key requirements for this Solution Architect position:
* Microsoft Azure focused Delivery / Implementation experience
* Scripting skills such as PowerShell or similar highly desirable
* Build services on Microsoft Azure - VMware, Load balancers, Gateways and data migration from On-prem to Azure Cloud / private to public Cloud
* Configuration skills ideally across: MS Windows Server, SQL Server, Remote Desktop Services, Citrix Cloud, Active Directory, DNS
* Ideally AZ-103 certified (highly desirable)
This Azure focused Solution Architect role pays a salary of up to £70,000 per annum including an attractive benefits package and opportunities for progression / further training.
