Senior Cloud Engineer - Azure
£50-60,000 + on-call - Cambridgeshire
Concept IT are looking for Senior Cloud Engineer to provide 3rd level technical support and service improvement for external clients. The role is working within an established and growing Cloud engineering division.
This is a great opportunity to work with the latest public cloud and automation technologies.
Key Duties
* 3rd Line technical support for Azure related incidents
* Reviewing, designing and maintaining platforms used tomanage Azure customers
* Put together relevant documentation for clients
* Develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
* As a senior member of staff you will be expected to support, mentor and develop junior members of staff* Reviewing customer environments and delivering reports and feedback to improve services to customers
* Engineer and provideautomated workflows or scripts to solve customer issues
Key Technologies / Experience:
* Previous experience in a seniorsupport role (3rd line)
* Experience with a wide range of Microsoft Azure technologies, including:
* Azure IaaS, PowerShell, Azure AD, Azure SQL, Networking
* Experience with Azure cloud management platforms
* Industry recognised certifications highly desirable (AZ-100, AZ-101, AZ-300, AZ-301)
* Experience with containers - Docker / Kubernetes [desirable]
* Experience delivering high levels of customer service
* Good communication skills and ability to build internal and external relationships
* Must be able to pass security vetting
* Must have a valid driving license
Salary on offer is £50-60,000 + on-call
