Cloud Security Architect - Home-Based
£70-85,000 + bonus + package
Concept ITare looking for a Security Solutions Architect to join a well-established and growing IT organization. The role is home-based with travel to clients and HQ when required.
The organization have a mature Security Operations Centre (SOC) and are looking for a solutions architect to focus on technical presales and solutions design of their managed services offering.
The role offers an opportunity to further your skills within Cyber Security while also learning about public cloud (AWS/Azure) and software-defined networking (SD-WAN).
Candidate must have a good communication and presentation skills and be happy with travel to client sites when appropriate.
Key Duties
* Technical presales engagements with new business clients and existing stakeholders
* To be responsible for all elements of security within the programme, to drive governance and design of a complete solutionfrom inception through delivery to handover
* To work with internal resource to ensure what is proposed is both fit for purpose and meets the core business needs balancing the needs of the application with those of the security requirements
* To assist with the coordination of other technical SME's to support the delivery and implementation phases of a programme or project
*Solution design of Cyber Security offerings
* Design security portfolio - SOC Services, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Scanning, MSSP
Skills / Technical Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar presales / solutions architect / sales engineer role
* Experience designing cyber security solutions
* Previous experience architecting solutions that sit within a managed services / SOC offering
* Commercially awareness to ensure solutions are deliverable and profitable
* Previous experience within public cloud (desirable)
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Willingness and desire to learn newtechnologies
Salary on offer is £70-85,000 + bonus + package
