Cloud Solutions Consultant - Home-Based - Presales - Azure / O365/ EM&S
I'm looking for a Cloud Solutions Architect to focus on Microsoft cloud solutions - O365, Azure & EM&S. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a fast-growing global consultancy firm for enterprise clients within UK & Ireland. The role includes excellent career development, providing both on the job and classroom-based training.
This is a great opportunity to work with the latest cloud technologies and in enterprise-level environments.
The role is 100% technical presales. You must be flexible with UK-wide travel. The role is home-based, so all travel is claimable.
Responsibilities
* Engage with customers on behalf of our partners to understand their requirements, challenges, time lines and recommend the right solution for their needs and budget.
* Create and gather the technical requirements and analyse technology trends
* Responsiblefor the end-to-end solutions design of cloud-based services covering Office 365, Enterprise Mobility + Security Suite and Microsoft Azure
* Accountable for any technical aspects during a project delivery phase
* Technical guidance and hands-on supportfor internal consultancy and engineering teams.
* Drive and guide technical innovations, incl. POC and cloud migration process* Assuring that technical solution meets security requirements
* Proactively delivers improvement strategies, opportunities, risks, cost efficiency proposals, functionality simplification/consolidation strategies for the products under responsibility.* Commercial ownership of solutions put forward to our customers
Technical Requirements
* Previous experience in a Cloud focused pre-sales role
* Experience as a technical lead on project engagement
* Excellent communication skills
* Understanding of the complete product eco system under Microsoft Office 365, Enterprise Mobility + Security and Microsoft Azure
* Understanding of the Office 365 and EMS licensing
* Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (desirable)
