Compliance Analyst - Online Gaming | £30 -35,000k plus benefits package | Gibraltar
SRGEurope are recruiting an experienced Compliance Analyst tojoin a marketing leading Online gaming company with a base in Gibraltar. The Compliance Analyst role's purpose is to analyse compliance requirements and perform internal activities in order to provide advice and ensure regulatory compliance
Compliance Analyst Responsibilities:
* Maintains legal and regulatory compliance by researching and communicating requirements, creating action plans, obtaining approvals
* Supports department head to assure that all regulatory requirements are met within the Company, ensuring effective delivery of regulatory compliance programs throughout the business. Researches regulations byreviewing regulatory bulletins and other sources of information
* Develops and supports regulatory policies after consulting with internal and external stakeholders and incorporating future trends and real facts
* Proposes the strategic approach to regulatory compliance on a local level at each country of operation and aligns these plans to Company plans on regulatory compliance
* Liaises with Independent Authorities, Governmental and non-governmental authorities, Law enforcement agencies, other companies to promote the company's interests
* Conducts risk assessments and internal audits with regards to legal and regulatory compliance requirements on operational, technical, and support processes
* Prepares reports regarding regulatory requirements and action plans
* Prepares formal responses to questions and investigations conducted by various official bodies* Facilitates compliance audits performed by regulatory authorities
Compliance Analyst Profile:
* Degree in Law/ Finance/ Business/ Political Sciences is an ideal but not essential
* Relevant experience of 3-7 years in gaming, or other heavily regulated industry
* Experience in managing regulatory requirements and interfacing with regulators
* Project management skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Certification as an Anti - Money Laundering Specialist isa strong plus
