Description:
Fast growing private equity backed IT services organisation with a strong security offering is looking for you to lead their security practice. Leading a team of consultants, PEN testers and managing the utilisation of the team and be in charge of the teams commercial profit and loss.
Working from my client's central London office you will be working closely with the CISO / CTO to develop the security product roadmap and ensure the managed and professional services offered by your team is highly innovative and help to solve your clients business problems.
This role offers you theopportunity to work closely with my client's mid tier companies and helping to provide the latest security / cyber solutions tosectors such as finance, retail and manufacturing to name a few. Client involvement enables you to get "under the skin" of whatyour client needs, help shape the cyber / security road map and solutions to enable their business to "put out the imminent" fires and help grow and scale their business further.
You will have experience leading teams of security / cyber technical experts, able to work closely with customers in a presales role and ultimately help grow the practice by ensuring growth through excellent service and growing margins and ultimately the security practice.
Salary on offer is c£100,000 - £120,000 + attractivebonus plus package. Send CV Full spec is available.
