THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is exclusively recruiting on behalf of one of our clients within the educational sector that are looking to expand their IT Operations Team. As a result, they are looking for a Data Manager to be responsible for the overall consistency and accuracy of data systems.
The successful candidate will manage and develop the Management Information Systems and accompanying data solutions. This position requires a highly organised individual who has great communication, administration and reporting skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Oversee, develop, andmaintain Management Information Systems to ensure data security
* Liaise with IT Services Team to coordinate changes to data systems
* Maintain adequate security and permission levels
* Ensure all MIS operations are GDPR compliant
* Improve and develop the use of data and systems
THE PERSON:
The ideal candidate for the Data Manager will have the following skillsand experience:
* Previous experience in a Data Manager or Data Analyst role
* Strong knowledge of database administration(SQL queries and SSRS)
* Extensive experience of report writing and analysing data to deal with complex queries
* Experience of development, management and operation of Management Information Systems
