I am working with a large Technology firm based in Surrey that is currently lookingfor a Scrum Master to work within their core data service. You could be involved in playing a part in helping this transition towards a more Agile way of working go smoothly.
Your role as Data Scrum Master:
As a Data Scrum Master, you will be leadingthe daily Scrum and be involved in planning sprints. This will involve supporting your colleagues to adopt an Agile, user-centered and collaborative way of working so that your team will consistently deliver reliable and secure technology. This will meanthat you will be involved in coaching, mentoring and motivating two Scrum Squads. You will be helping the team to make effectivedecisions by coaching various team members that may have conflicting opinions.
A suitable candidate will be:
* CertifiedScrum Master
* Experienced in Scrum Environment
* A champion of Agile practices
* Experienced in managing more than one scrumsquad
* Experienced working on API and data projects
