My client are a prestigious government organisation based in Pimlico, London. They're seeking an SC Cleared Data Strategy Lead for a 12 month contract assignment.
The programme of work will ensure that suitable tools, techniques and skills are in place to achieve the strategic goals of the organisation, while also raising the data literacy of the organisation.
The Data Strategy Lead with specialist skills will build a team and organisational capability responsible for providing Information, Data and Records Management direction, support and governance in support of strategic objectives.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Excellent understanding of analytics outputs to business requirements
* Ability to formulate and write policy.
* Report writing/drafting skills to Board Level.
* Proficient in the use of information technology.
* Combination ofprivate and public sector employment.
* Operational analytics experience.
* Proven experience of leading and managing a multifunctional team.
* Experienced in effective decision making with accountability for decisions made.
