Description:
A leading Microsoft partner, based in Central London, requires an experienced Deskside Support Engineer to support End Users of a large client with Office 365 tools. This is a minimum 3 month contract.Skills / Experience required:
* Commercial experience providing 2nd Line Support to End Users across a variety of O365 and Microsoft stack tools/products (Teams, Skype, SharePoint, etc).
* Experienced with Legacy to Cloud email technology.
* Any experience within Managed Services is highly advantageous.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills is essential for this role as you will be customer-facing.
