We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Engineer with a minimum of 3 years' experiencein a similar or related role for an initial 6 month contract with a market leading consumer finance client in Shannon.
Responsibilities
* Active Directory Administration.
* Business Systems Support.
* Technical Troubleshooting.
* Desktop/laptop support for Windows 7, 8 & 10.
* Equipment and software installations and upgrades.
Experience Required
* 3+ years' experience in a similar role
* Proven track record of configuring, maintaining, and upgrading software and hardware.
* Solid experience working with Windows and Active Directory.
* Keen focus on improving end-user experience.
