Software Developer,EDI Developer - Cheshire - £30k-£45k
Experienced EDI Developer to join an award winning Ecommerce client in Cheshire to playa key role in a small, dynamic fast paced development team.
The client provides a great environment for someone who is self-motivated and wants to be in a team where they can push their skills development, taking them out of their comfort zone at timesand making a significant contribution to the success of the business.
We're looking for an individual who can excel at developing, enhancing and problem-solving custom in house EDI solutions.
The successful candidate will a minimum of 2 years software experience and be self-motivated and capable or working on complex projects using their drive and initiative delivering quality software solutions to a demanding user base.
This is an ideal opportunity for the right individual to facilitate the continued growth though the onboarding of new customers and EDI automation of existing customers
Your duties will involve:
* Have good business interface skills, comfortable talking with stakeholders at all levels
* Be able to communicate clearly ideasand discuss / document solutions
* Work with standardized development methods, processes and documentation
* Comfortable providing work estimates and working to deadlines
* Be able to move between development projects and support/issue fixing
Experience Required:
* Must have a proven and demonstrable track record developing software in the following:
* C#, .Net development
* SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Views etc)
* SSRS/SSIS
* Experience of SQL Server is essential* Experience of working with EDI and ETL solutions
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Ability to work on own initiative and bea good team player
* Good problem-solving skills
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Full development lifecycle experience
* Knowledge of source control, GIT.
