Digital Lead / Creative Lead - Edinburgh

Salary: £80,000 - £110,000+ per annum



We are excited to be working with a companypartner to an award-winning, multi-national giant within the Creative Digital Media space! They specialise in ALL things digital, and often work with household brands from Redbull and Range Rover to Sony and Samsung.

They're now on the hunt for a talented Digital/Creative Lead to help within their Edinburgh Headquarters which has sole responsibility to manage the Strategy, Media, PR, Data & CRM for one of the "Big Four" UK banks.

The Successful Candidate Will…

* Lead the agency in Edinburgh (c85 people) and ensure smooth running of all operations.
* Establish and build strong relationships with senior clientsacross all the franchises for the bank's marketing (Mandatory, Retail, Business, Wealth and Brand) along with the Client Lead.General Key Experience & Skill Sets:

* Solid Experience of Digital Design and Production.
* Solid Experience of working with Senior Client and 3rd party stakeholders.
* Experience in digital transformation, agile and scrum methodology and media integration / management.
* Proven experience of providing strategic and technical leadership.
* Good working knowledgeof project and programme related software tools.
* Production and process implementation.
* Assumes overall production workflow ownership.
* Extensive knowledge of different Digital production platforms, with some experience of AEM, DCO and CRM platforms.
* Experience in DCO Management.
* Experience in Automation.
* An understanding of HTML5 development processes.
* Knowledge of video adaptation for Social Media and DOOH delivery.
* Experience with ad servers such as Double Click Studio.
*An understanding of CMS platforms.
* Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
* Excellent organisation skills.

Management:

* Leadership and mentorship of all company employees.
* Responsible for ensuring the work stream pipeline is correctly resourced from Project Management downwards.
* Proven track record of previous team leadership and training skills are required to lead the team in the most successful manner.

Technical Production Management:

* Develop, manage, monitor and implement the required digital production strategy in line with client requirements.
* Continue the implementation of new agile working practices, tools and processes, which enable the team to operate effectively.
* Create and support an environment of digital innovation and best practice, ensuring the use of technologies for the benefit client and the business.
* Develop a roadmap for innovation with the relevant processes, tools and metrics to support business objectives and new growth opportunities.
*Responsible for process and quality assurance procedures implementation across services.
* Responsible for work consistency,cost efficiency and timely delivery across all output by acting as a liaison between the client, agency and internal teams.

Financial Controlling & Reporting:

* Supporting Operations Director/FD on financial performance against budget.
* Constantly looking at ways in which to enhance profit opportunities.
* Analyse performance each month to ensure that profit is maximized.
