ECOMMERCE PROJECT MANAGER
LIVINGSTON -OPEN TO FULLY REMOTE / HYBRID WORKING
(Occasional travel to the office required for fully remote)

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Due to our clients ecommerce expansion across Europe we're seeking an Ecommerce Project Manager to assist the Leadership team in the roll out of our ecommerce platform & digitisation strategy to our European Business Units.
The PM will report directly into our Ecommerce Director and lead the project delivery and regular interaction with our EU Project Leadership Team, internal business unit stakeholders and external implementation partners.
The Project Manager must have strong experience delivering digital projects, specifically for eCommerce.
THE ECOMMERCE PROJECT MANAGER ROLE:
* Drive completionof project scope
* Create and maintain a credible project plan shared with Leadership team, Project Team, Business Unit Stakeholders and External partners.
* Maximise our performance to project baselines across scope, timeline, revenue, and profitability
* Prepare and distribute weekly progress reports
* Organize and lead project status reviews
* Manage risks and issues;* Manage change rigorously, and ensure stakeholder expectations on changes are managed accordingly, and we are commercially protected for those changes
* Resourcing requests to deliver the agreed scope of work
* Tracking and reporting on the financial health of the project
* Implement basic Agile ceremonies such as Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog grooming and prioritisation, Show and tells, Retros
THE PERSON:
* Solid understanding of Ecommerce Project Delivery Life Cycles
* Experiencein project management principles
* Proven track record of managing Digital eCommerce projects through production
* Experience overseeing multi-function project teams including Developers, Solution Architects, Tech Leads, and QA Personnel with a near shore and offshore distribution
* Balanced business/technical background:
* Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risksand issues
* Ability to provide leadership to Solution Architects and collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value
* Proven ability to lead projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met
* Agile Project Management
* Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels
* Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the"big picture" view
